"If you are currently looking into orthodontic treatments and not sure quite where to go, id highly recommend the brace place. When arriving to my first consult I was met by a staff member of the name Tami, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout the whole consultation. She was very friendly and very patient with me at all times, making sure to thoroughly answer every single question I had. Prior to the consultation I had no idea what to expect, to be honest I was quite nervous. Tami was very reassuring and by the time I walked out of the brace place I was positive I made the right decision! After meeting with Tami I then met Dr.Krous who was also incredibly helpful as well, he explained the details of the treatment plan and carefully went over the steps of this process in a well spoken and easily understandable manner. By the end of the consultation I clearly understood the details and was ready to proceed with my orthodontic treatment."

Dr. Crouse and his dental assistants are friendly, efficient and highly competent. 6 months after completing treatment for a tooth that was out of alignment, I needed my retainer to be replaced following a recent dental procedure. I called Dr. Crouse’s office for an appointment and the next day was seen for an updated imaging of my bite. Within the week I received my new retainer. Superb service! Plus the turtles are fun to watch through the windows!"

The staff was so kind and told us to come in anyway, which made my daughter really happy, she thought she wasn’t going to get her braces that day! Despite the mixup, they were very accommodating, and we really appreciated their understanding. Now my daughter is excited to begin her braces journey!"
