Absolutely hands down the best customer service. You are greeted by Holly with big smiles and a friendly voice as soon as you open the door. All of my concerns were met with grace and explained perfectly. Dr Crouse is intelligent and funny! He isn’t afraid to give you facts. Their cutting edge technology for photos and imaging is top tier! And Tami was extremely helpful to walk you through the steps and explaining options!! Highly recommend them and the ladies in the office!!! So happy to start my teeth journey with them!

Could not be happier. If you're looking for orthodontic work, look no further. The doctor as well as his entire staff are well educated and organized. At age 66 and 2 teeth recently extracted on lower jaw I was facing expensive implants. As my teeth are a bit crowded, this orthodontic dentist is helping me avoid that with invisible braces to close up those spaces. Think about this option if possible.....this is the place to go.
Today we had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Crouse’s office, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! We were greeted right away by the receptionist, and the lobby felt very warm and cozy. The wait time was no more than three minutes, which was such a nice surprise.Tammy took both of my children’s dental photos and was fantastic — you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. She explained everything clearly and made sure both kids felt comfortable and understood what was happening.Dr. Crouse was also amazing! He explained everything in simple, easy-to-follow terms. The entire office was spotless, and the turtles in the terrarium were such a fun touch.We’re so thankful for Dr. Crouse and his wonderful team. We’ll definitely be recommending this office to anyone in need of great dental care!
