• Invisalign® Aligners – This is Dr. Crouse’s preferred method of treatment for all patients. For adults who don’t want the look or feel of traditional methods, we offer a clear alternative. Invisalign works by using a series of custom-made aligner trays that you wear over your teeth. The trays are made of clear plastic, are virtually invisible when worn, and move your teeth into their optimal position. This treatment is equal to traditional metal braces and typically is achieved in less time.
• Post-Treatment Retainers - Retainers are always included for complimentary treatment and wearing one after your orthodontic treatment is crucial, no matter which type of appliance you choose and what age you happen to be. Teeth have a memory and tend to want to go back to their original positions. Teeth that are not held in place by a retainer long enough for the new supporting bone to develop around them can drift back to their original positions, and that’s certainly not something we, or you, want to see happen.
