I took my daughter for a Complimentary Consultation with Dr. James M Crouse & Team at The Brace Place in Easton, MD. Her appointment was confirmed by a telephone call from Tami. She was so upbeat, explained what was to be expected the day of the appointment & that she would be with us that day. You could feel her smile through the phone. The moment we walked in the front door we were welcomed with smiling faces. Tami came out to introduce her self & took us back to start the process. She took X-rays, digital images, etc. Dr. Crouse came in & throughly went over his recommendations for a treatment plan. He took his time & answered our questions. Tami then went over the financial side of the orthodontic investment. She is so amazing, loves her job & really enjoys helping her patients. I highly recommend this office. Everyone is so welcoming & a smile goes a long way. They all seem to love their jobs.
