An Update for Our Valued Patients:

We hope everyone is safe and healthy!  As we reopen our office, we would like to take this time to request your help to keep yourself and our team members healthy.

We have implemented certain procedures to minimize the number of people in our office.  We ask that only patients come into our office, while parents, siblings and friends remain in their cars. We ask that when you enter our office, you are wearing a facial covering. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office for your use. If you are a patient who is not feeling well, have been in contact with a person with COVID19, or have been tested positive for COVID19, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

If you are an Invisalign patient, your aligners are fitting and you just need more aligners, we are still delivering aligners to your car. If you are having problems with your aligners not fitting, please call us to discuss your next appointment.

If you have an appointment scheduled and do not feel safe coming to our office, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

We have partnered with Dental Monitoring to bring a platform to you whereby Dr. Crouse can visually monitor your treatment progress. This platform will also minimize the number of patients in our office. All patients in active treatment should have received a link to download the Dental Monitoring App. If you are concerned about coming into our office during the next couple months, please make use of this program to keep in touch with Dr. Crouse and our team.

We have also partnered with SmileSnap, a virtual consultation program, which allows potential new patients to submit an online request for a complimentary exam with Dr. Crouse. A button has been added to the bottom right of our website. As we integrate these programs into our daily routine, please be patient with us as these programs take extra time to monitor.

Until further notice, we have closed our play area, coffee bar and reading materials in the reception area.
